Vintage 1965 Hawaii State Department of Education wooden presentation bowl, measuring approximately 13” in diameter × 6” tall. Features a decorative inset State of Hawaii seal medallion and beautiful natural wood grain.
The bottom is hand-inscribed “Mahalo from State Dept. of Education – Ernest Ebert – March 1965.” This appears to have been a commemorative or appreciation presentation piece.
The wood resembles Hawaiian koa, but the species has not been authenticated. Good vintage condition with scratches, scuffs, and surface wear consistent with age. Please review photos for condition.
