This impressive Crosa Great Horned Owl clock features a magnificent owl with its wings fully extended, perched atop a realistic tree-stump base with an inset quartz clock.
The detail on this fellow is fantastic! From the individually sculpted feathers and expressive yellow eyes to the extended talons and beautifully textured wings, there's something to appreciate from just about every angle.
And don't overlook the back! The wings, tail feathers, and body are intricately detailed all the way around, making this a wonderful display piece even when viewed from behind.
The original Crosa quartz clock is set into the naturalistic base with a gold-tone bezel and easy-to-read white dial.
🕰️ A LITTLE HISTORY
The Crosa Collection produced an assortment of decorative figural clocks and wildlife sculptures during the late 20th century, including several impressive bird-of-prey designs.
This particular Great Horned Owl features a molded Crosa ©1997 marking on the sculpture, making it a wonderful piece of 1990s wildlife decor.
Unlike an ordinary tabletop clock, this one combines a functional timepiece with a fully sculpted wildlife figurine.
