This facility, located at Buckley Air Force Base (now Buckley Space Force Base) in Aurora, Colorado, is a highly secure, restricted installation operated jointly by the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and the military to handle satellite intelligence data processing, command, and control. The front of the mug features a detailed graphic emblem showcasing an American bald eagle draped in the U.S. flag overlooking a geodetic tracking dome. It prominently features the operational years 1971 and 1991, along with the facility\'s Latin motto: \"Viginti Anni Vigilantes\" (Translates to \"Twenty Years Vigilant\").
These mugs were produced in very limited quantities for internal base personnel, contractors, and intelligence staff, making them exceptionally difficult to find on the secondary market.
