SHIPPING DAMAGE:
If your item happens to arrive damaged through the mail, you may file a claim with your local post office and we will help with whatever you need or we can file from our end with a little help from you. It is not necessary to mail us any breakage. Instead, please take pictures of the box at an angle (showing \"FRAGILE GLASS\" labels all over it), the top flap with shipping labels (your name/tracking), wrapping and packing materials (bubble wrap/partitions/packing peanuts), and the breakage (broken/damaged item). Then email them to us and as a courtesy, we will then file a USPS/UPS/FedEx Online claim from our end and send you a full refund once the claim has been processed and approved. We just ask that you please hang onto everything until you hear back from us, as we will let you know when to discard or if USPS/UPS/FedEx should request an inspection of the breakage. Thank you.
