Antique Clayton & Lambert Mfg. Co. brass blow torch, made in Detroit, Michigan, USA.
This is an early 20th-century blowtorch with a solid brass tank, wooden side handle, original-style valve hardware, burner assembly, and perforated burner shroud.
The piece has a great aged industrial look and displays very well. It shows normal wear from age and use, including surface scratches, dents, tarnish/patina, oxidation, discoloration, and wear around the burner and fittings. The wooden handle also shows age and use. A nice piece for collectors of antique tools, blowtorches, brass industrial equipment, garage memorabilia, or early American-made hardware.
