This is a rare opportunity to add a highly sought-after piece of Emaux de Longwy 1798 history.
Crafted of Longwy’s customary cracked earthenware.
This gorgeous, hand enameled ashtray is decorated with the delicate pink roses and leaves promoting Charabot et Cie of Grasse’s popular rose scented perfume and oils.
The advertisement reads, “La Rose des Parfumeurs,” the Perfumer’s Rose.
The underside of the ashtray bears the official crest of Emaux de Longwy 1798, in addition to the corresponding print run of this limited edition piece, i.e.: F 3499 bis, guaranteeing its originality and authenticity.
