Vintage matching lot of eight gold-tone fire department chief rank insignia pieces.
The front of each piece features the traditional five-crossed-bugle design associated with the rank of Fire Chief.
Lot includes:
• 4 larger hat or coat insignia discs
• 4 smaller collar insignia discs
• 8 pieces total
• Screw-post backs with retaining hardware
These are uniform rank insignia pieces rather than standard sewing buttons. The backs show a faint shield-style maker’s mark, but the manufacturer could not be confirmed.
Pre-owned vintage condition with surface scratches, finish wear, discoloration and signs of age and previous uniform use. Please examine all photographs closely for exact condition, finish and included mounting hardware.
