Vintage frosted satin glass covered trinket box / powder jar with a seated
German Shepherd finial — known as the "Rin Tin Tin" figural. Please read item condition below. Top is Uranium glass and glows in UV light. Beautiful pale aqua-green tint in the frosted glass, with a scalloped ribbed
base and a radiating feather pattern across the domed lid. The dog is nicely
detailed — fur texture molded into the body, face, and ruff.Unmarked, no maker's mark found. Lid sits flush on the base.CONDITION — please read and review all photos closely:
• Chip to one ear tip — a clear/glossy break where the frosting has been
removed (shown in photos)
• Chip/flake to the underside rim edge of the lid (shown in photos)
• Small dark specks and inclusions scattered in the glass — these appear to be
from the original manufacturing process, not dirt
• A few small air bubbles in the glass, also manufacturing
• Light surface wear consistent with ageSold as-is, as a vintage item. Photos are of the actual piece you'll receive.
