For sale is a vintage M. Hohner "The American Ace" harmonica. This is a 10-hole diatonic harmonica in the Key of G. It features beautiful engraved cover plates with an "American Ace" fighter jet motif, reflecting a mid-century or later design aesthetic.

Notably, this harmonica comes paired with a vintage Hohner "Up To Date" cardboard box. The box features iconic "Art Deco" style illustrations of a prop plane, a streamlined train, and a radio tower, capturing the "modern" spirit of the early-to-mid 20th century.

• Harmonica: The metal cover plates show some surface patina and light oxidation/pitting consistent with age (please see photos). The plastic comb appears intact with no visible cracks. The etching is still clear and legible.

• Box: The original two-piece cardboard box is included. It shows some shelf wear, edge rubbing, and light staining, but the colors remain vibrant and the structural integrity is good for its age.
