Vintage ITT Rotary Wall Phone Cocoa Brown PC-554 w/Box, Packaging, Pamphlet READ For Sale

Not tested, but this has sat in its original box since purchase. This is from my parent's estate, where items collected and sat; never to be used! I don't usually take returns, but I am happy to do so if the phone does not function.

There is a tiny piece of chipped plastic that is loose in the phone packaging, and I don't see where it came from. There is an irregular bottom edge area of the phone that doesn't seem to match the chip. A slight musty scent, mostly to the paperboard, from years of storage. All literature included.
