This is the earlier folding knife version of the Kershaw 1070, featuring a classic drop-point blade, contoured wood handle, and brass bolsters.
The blade is marked:

JAPAN
The opposite side is marked Kershaw.

Condition:
The blade retains its factory edge and appears unused.
There are no noticeable scratches on the blade.
The brass bolsters show some light scratches and handling marks.
There are also a few small marks on the rear end of the wood handle.
