Beautiful vintage 1940s / 1950s Kugelman aromatic red cedar footed keepsake jewelry chest box, proudly manufactured in Waukegan, Illinois. Interior lid features the original, pristine black diamond factory ink stamp brand fully intact. Measures exactly 10 x 7 x 4 inches. Features intricate Art Deco geometric relief-carvings entirely wrapping the exterior walls and four matching corner bracket feet. The exterior lid showcases a deeply aged, rustic English country cottage landscape lithograph print nicely highlighted by elegant gold stenciled scrollwork borders. In good used vintage condition with a rich wood grain, exceptionally clean interior wood floor, and tight rear hinges. Shows normal light surface scuffs as honestly pictured.
