Vintage Little Viewer W Funny Cartoon 1940s 1950s Souvenir From Southwest USA For Sale

Funny little viewer. Hold up to light and see a cartoon, a man wrapped up in a rattlesnake with a desert in the background.  Text reads \"I would have written sooner but I\'m all wrapped up in this country.\" Cartoon in shades of white and brown. See all photos.  Great collectible. Plastic viewer shows some dinged up areas on the edges, but otherwise the whole item seems in very good shape given age, use, and fragile materials.
