Murphy Safety Switches catalog and sales binder from Tulsa, Oklahoma, dating approximately to the late 1950s to 1960s.This original binder contains period Murphy product literature covering safety switches, gauges, time switches, pulsation dampeners, control equipment, and other industrial and oilfield applications. Several pages specifically show equipment intended for oil field, irrigation, engine, and industrial use.The binder measures approximately 9¾ inches wide by 11½ inches tall and is made of a sturdy red plastic material with the embossed Murphy Safety Switches logo and Frank W. Murphy Mfr., Inc. markings on the front.For its age, this binder is in very good condition. It has some light fading and normal age-related wear, but the red plastic cover is still solid and presents very nicely.
