An elegantly simple, mid century teardrop style vase by Sven Palmquist of Orrefors. The vase is engraved on one side with a woman or girl holding flowers. The cut and polished base is engraved Orrefors, P3317 with a couple of other marks following. (I think it’s a 6 and an 8 which most likely means the year it was made) Sven Palmquist worked at Orrefors from 1928-1971, and signed his mouth blown pieces with a “P”.
