The meerschaum bowl shows an elegant, clean white exterior with a heavily smoked interior chamber containing carbon cake/residue. The brass lid has a natural heat tarnish. The translucent stem is intact with original case fitting but shows typical light oxidation/chatter marks near the tip (see photos).Includes: Original custom-fitted, velvet-lined hard shell case with intact Paykoc gold foil label.
