This is a very hard to come by vintage "Ladle Set" Poppytrail Green Rooster by Metlox.
It is from the 1950's and is in very good condition.
Sometime in the past the strainer was cracked, but very nicely repaired.
The pieces are approximately 13" lomg and the rack is about 11" wide.
Don't let this one get away!
