Up for sale is a beautiful vintage estate lot of twelve (12) individual crystal salt and pepper shakers with silver-toned tops, complete with their original presentation boxes as seen in image.png. This lot features two distinct, highly collectible mid-century silversmith brands:
Raimond Silver Mfg. Co. Set: Includes a complete set of eight (8) matching diamond-cut crystal individual shakers. The inner lid features the classic blue "Raimond - Distinctive Silversmiths For Over A Century" branding. Several shakers still retain their original blue foil "Raimond" labels on the base.
Eales 1779 Set: Includes four (4) matching heavy-cut crystal individual shakers. The inner lid features the prominent blue "EALES 1779" logo.
Both sets are housed in their original vibrant teal/turquoise faux-leather hinged presentation boxes with white satin-lined interiors. These miniature individual shakers are perfect for elegant dinner parties, holiday tablescapes, or adding to a vintage glass collection!
Condition
Shakers: Excellent vintage condition. The glass is clear and bright with sharp geometric cuts. No visible chips or cracks. The silver-toned metal tops show minor vintage patina appropriate for age but screw on and off smoothly.
Boxes: The hinged presentation boxes are structurally sound and open/close securely. The exterior shows light wear from storage. The interior satin linings show some typical light aging and minor discolored spots/dust as shown in image.png, but remain intact and present beautifully.
