Peak kidcore. Beach and summer theme in flat saturated color with clean cartoon outlines on a soft aqua ground: a hedgehog sunbathing under a striped umbrella in a polka-dot suit, a teddy bear snorkeling in a mask and orange flippers, a pig windsurfing, and an elephant splashing in the surf, plus a sandcastle, sailboat, smiling sun, starfish, beach ball, sunglasses, pail and shovel, and a tropical drink. This is the exact 90s kawaii look driving the current wave of nostalgia collecting — the stuff that lived in sticker albums and got traded at recess.
Kromekote is cast-coated paper, the mirror-gloss stock Champion patented back in 1929 and printers have treated as the gold standard ever since. On stickers it's the finish that made these so satisfying to peel. Sandylion printed the material name right on the header card.
Single sheet, with the design block repeating three times down the strip — so you get triples of every design. Printed in Canada, acid-free, and still carrying the Sandylion Sticker Club mail-in offer on the back panel, which is the detail that dates it to the brand's 1990s run.
