The dial face reads Stormy Rain Change Fair Very Fair Dry with decorative script lettering and is marked Germany at the lower edge along with a small makers mark near the bottom of the dial. The metal back plate is also stamped Germany and shows finish loss and paint chipping around the four mounting screws, consistent with age and prior wall mounting. The wood case shows overall wear, minor scuffs, and finish wear from decades of use and display.
