This Colonial brand sausage or melon knife has a stainless steel 4.5 inch blade with a drop-point design that snaps open or shut. This knife was brought home by my father, who marketed Swift\'s Premium Meats when I was a kid.
It has a 6-inch-long ivory colored handle andwould be a great addition to any collection of knives, advertising or Swift\'s Premium collector.
Knife is in good condition. Very sharp. Snaps shut as it\'s supposed to do. Very light surface rust on rivots in handle. Knife is solid. See photos for more details. Thanks for looking!
