This is a vintage homemade fan art frame. Color pencil drawing of all four ninja turtles. The frame has a written theme of the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tour.
The frame is made out of wood with a gloss on top. The frame reflects some cosmetic wear for example, scuffs, and scratches, but still in good displayable condition.
