Vintage Thailand Hill Tribe Wooden Doll Set
Beautiful vintage set of eight hand-painted wooden dolls representing several traditional hill tribes of Thailand and Myanmar (Burma).
The dolls remain in their original display/storage box and appear to have never been played with or displayed extensively.
Each pair represents a male and female from a particular ethnic group.
Included tribes are:
- Shan (pair)
- Padaung (pair)
- Burman (pair)
- Kachin (pair)
Each figure is individually hand painted with distinctive traditional clothing and hairstyles.

- Dolls measure approximately 2-3/8" to 2-1/2" tall
- Bases approximately 3/4" diameter
- Original box measures approximately 6-3/8" x 2-7/8" x 7/8"

Very nice vintage condition.
- Original box included.
- Colors remain bright.
- All eight dolls included.
- One doll appears to have a small crack near the lower body/base (see photos).
- Box shows normal age/storage wear.
