This vintage Wagner Ware No. 8 1058 S ... Cast Iron Skillet is conventionally attractive. The underside carries the stylized Wagner Ware Sidney -O- logo, and the lettering is crisp and clear. The seasoning is even throughout. The cooking surface is smooth, with a few tiny pinprick spots and light utensil marks. The handle has the 8 marking and a neat trio of dots underneath, a small detail worth a closer look. It wobbles and spins, so glass tops are out, but gas and coil are no issue.
