A Weston portable is the instrument that sat on an electrical bench for most of the twentieth century: a mirrored scale, a moving-iron or moving-coil movement and terminals you screwed the leads onto. The PHASE C marking on the dial says it was one of a set of three, used to read the three phases of an aircraft AC system on a test rig.
Sold AS-IS and UNTESTED. This is a laboratory instrument, not an aircraft part: it is not for aircraft installation and has no airworthiness tag or 8130-3. I have not put current through it and it has no current calibration, so do not rely on the reading for anything that matters. Sold for bench use, collecting, study or display.
