Clarke Publishing Company hardcover, first editionThis is an antique used item, in acceptable used condition, with signs of age/wear; covers bear heavy rubbing/scuffing, edgewear and associated corner wear, spine has split at front/rear covers with tape repair, progressive edgewear and associated corner wear, smudging/fading, points of peeling, minor points of blemish/distress. Interior pages show clean/smooth/glossy, with good preservation of B&W photographs/images/illustrations and sharp black typeset; some wear/light tanning; demarcations to interior front coverboard. Spine shows heavy rubbing/scuffing, separation from coverboards to webbing, repairs with tape and heavy shelfwear (top/base), while binding remains intact, with visible shift due to storage, book condition and size. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The book measures approx 8" x 2.5" x 11".
