Vtg C. Riefler Nesselwang Drafting Compass w/ Velvet Lined Case GERMANY **READ**The outside of the case is in nice condition. The inside of the case has a tear along the front of the velvet where the lid pin is (the lid locking pin does not seem to work properly). The drafting tool has some discoloration.
