Vtg. Cairns B CO FD Captain Fireman Helmet 11 w/h Visor & Brass Speaking Trumpet For Sale

The product is a vintage Cairns B CO FD Captain Fireman Helmet with a visor and brass speaking trumpet. This Captain Baltimore County collectible has a C date code in the Cairns & Brothers emblem inside the helmet. The leather captains shield reads Captain 11 B CO FD. The strap is still attached where the visor is placed. The leather inside the helmet is worn and has pulled slightly away from the helmet. The helmet shows age wear (see pics). The trumpet measures approximately 17.5” and still has the braided tassels attached to it. The trumpet is in excellent vintage condition with the exception of a small frey at the bottom of the tassels. It also has its original patina. The visor is marked Plectron and has normal vintage wear. See pictures as I tried to show each item in its condition.
