Up for sale is a stunning, authentic matching pair of Mid-Century Modern ceramic art pottery ashtrays manufactured by the highly collectible **Carstens Tönnieshof** factory in West Germany.
This beautiful matching set features the iconic atomic "tricorner" triangular shape. Designed as a graduated smoker's pair, the larger cigar piece is form 333 and the matching smaller cigarette piece is form 312. The design showcases an abstract, sgraffito-etched starburst pattern accented with vibrant pops of glossy yellow and orange glazes over a textured, earthy background. The rims feature a rich, metallic brown glaze finish.

This set is in beautiful vintage condition with little vintage wear, Minor glazing flaws, on both ashtrays underside bases, see photos. There are no cracks, chips, or structural damage. The glazes still remain bright, glossy, and vibrant.
