Vintage FP Zajecar Yugoslavia Porcelain Flask Decanter Folk Art Buklija Bottle
Beautiful vintage mid-century porcelain liquor decanter flask manufactured by FP Zaječar in former Yugoslavia. Shaped like a traditional Balkan wedding canteen (Buklija), this unique collectible piece is beautifully decorated with striking, bold red and black geometric folk art motifs on a crisp white porcelain background.The flat bottom features an authentic, fully legible reddish-brown backstamp showing the interlocking \"FP Zaječar\" logo alongside production number 28 and gold pattern stamp 701. It comes equipped with its original side loop handles, a twisted peach-pink carrying cord string, and its original matching white porcelain stopper.Condition Note: The main porcelain body and stopper are physically intact with no major structural cracks or deep repairs. This item does show minor vintage cosmetic wear, which is detailed in the close-up photos:
- Bottle Neck: There is noticeable paint flaking/loss to the red trim around the top rim. When the porcelain stopper is inserted, it beautifully covers and hides the majority of this wear.
- Main Face: There is minor, light paint flaking/loss on parts of the painted red circular border line on the front face.
- Base Feet: There is minor paint loss and tiny superficial glaze flakes on the bottom edge of the red-painted feet.
- Factory Specks: There are some small, stray red paint specks on the white porcelain shoulder from the original manufacturing process.
