Made in Israel mark denotes post-1948 production, dating this piece back to the mid-century Israeliana export/tourist metalware trade of the period 1950s-1970s.
The style of this kettle draws on a blend of Turkish, Moroccan, Persian, and other Middle Eastern hammered kettles, which are visually very similar.
Kettle is unlined and not suitable for use.
I found a couple of small dents which are shown in photographs. Natural verdigris and mineral deposits are present.
