Beautiful vintage Imperlux genuine hand-cut lead crystal desk or mantel clock featuring a striking ruby red / cranberry cut-to-clear crystal body with deep geometric cuts and starburst detailing.

The clock has a gold-tone bezel with a bronze/gold sunburst dial, large white modernist numerals, white hands, and the Mercedes name on the face. Dial is marked “Made in Germany.”

The original gold foil label remains attached and reads:

The German Democratic Republic marking identifies the crystal as East German / GDR / DDR production, making this an especially interesting Cold War-era decorative piece.
