100% genuine signature of WWII ace fighter pilot Lt. Gen. HUGH McJUNKIN ELWOOD, USMC (1915-2008). Elwood served in the PTO with FMV-212 during WWII. He was credited with 5 aerial victories. His combat awards include the DSM, DFC x 2, and Air Medal. He also served during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. This is a scarce signature, especially in this format. This is a signed 1938 USNA Photo/Bio. Good condition with normal signs of age. Size: 7.25" x 4".
