This Wear Brite 5-inch tall hinged, lidded pitcher is made of nickel silver and is of substantial weight for its size. Not a light and cheap piece by any means. All connections are soldered, not form poured.
Use it for creamer, syrup, sauces and gravy or just admire it as a colonial piece of vintage decor.
You can see it has had a wonderful history with many stories to tell -- well used and loved. Tons of beautiful patina, so I will leave it up to the next owner to polish it or not. Most importantly, it is uniquely stamped 'H M S INC' on the bottom, not the usual 'Grand Silver Co'.
