Woodworker’s Wood Mallet, Good Condition, 10 Inches By 3 Inches, Made In Haiti For Sale

It’s not often that I post an item made in Haiti but here is one. One might easily assume that this was made from some durable tropical wood. From it’s weight, I can speculate that it is quite hard and dense as of course this type of mallet must be. The attractive two-tone color seems to indicate that some heartwood is here mixed in though that too is speculation. I don’t see much evidence of use. It’s 10 inches overall and what you’d call the base is three inches in diameter. It weighs one pound three ounces.
