Wrigley Spearmint Toothpaste Letterhead 1931 Stock Receipt For Sale

Interesting piece of historical letterhead from the Wrigley pharmaceutical company. One of the founders reported to be a cousin of William Wrigley of chewing gum, fame, and Wrigley spearmint toothpaste, tried to benefit from the association, but was eventually met with legal action, and the business failed in the 1940s. Interesting that the WW Wrigley on the letterhead looks intentionally designed to match the chewing gum script. Also, it appears they were trying to avoid being sued with the disclaimer at the very top, which reads no connection with any firm corporation or other individual of similar name. The company was also known for dubious sales practices regarding their stock issuance is, so this document is especially interesting as it pertains to shares of common stock at one dollar per share.
