7. condition is good not perfect
8. center at top, just about the centerseam, tear, see photo
9. did not find any other holes or tears
10. spots, see photo, one is large about 4 x 4 afew others that are small 1/2 in.
11. hand sewn center seam, hand hemmed top and bottom
12. some of the embroidery is worn, most is really good
13. not realwhite, ecru, off white, I believe the off white is the natural color, not dingy
14. really stunning item
15. estate purchase, I have no history, been stored for years, the family does not know anything about it
