The McIlvaine Building shown on the card was constructed in 1913, providing an important earliest possible date for the imagery.
The reverse is printed on early AZO photographic postcard stock with the four upward-pointing triangle stamp-box configuration associated with approximately 1904–1918. Taken together, the architecture and photographic paper indicate a circa 1913–1918 date.

Condition: Antique condition with substantial age toning and scattered spotting/soiling. A prominent circular stain/abrasion is visible near the center-left of the main city panorama and corresponding area of the reverse. Edge and corner wear is also present. Despite these issues, the major buildings, waterfront facilities, streets and identifying captions remain clearly visible. Please examine all photographs carefully.
