kapalua bay hotel pewter paperweight commemorating 2006 closure For Sale

When Kapalua Bay Hotel on Maui closed and was demolished in 2006, the hotel made and provided commemorative pewter paperweights of a butterfly with a pineapple inside. It is inscribed Kapalua Bay Hotel, 1978-2006. The butterfly with pineapple is the logo for Kapalua, Maui.These paperweights are rare and highly sought after, especially by guests and patrons of the hotel while it was in service from 1978 to 2006. This item comes in its original padded box; the top of the box is damaged, we recommend taking it out of the box, we are just using the box now for protection during shipping. Measurement is for the box’s dimensions. The paperweight is approximately 3” by 2”.
