Plain snap and letter s variation confirm a pre ww2 make, and the dual stamped tang is a rare variation where the older wr case & sons stamp was being phased out and the new Case’s Tested XX stamp was being phased in. Case decided to use up existing stamped blades and update them rather than waste them. The result was a small amount were released stamped with both!!
