This is an authentic set of eight glass highball tumblers designed and signed by renowned American artist Fred Press.
Produced during the 1950s and 1960s, this iconic Atomic Fish pattern features stylized vertical fish decorated with crisp line, dot, and scale details.
This particular set is the highly collectible and rare white cased version, which features the graphics applied over a solid, opaque glass background rather than clear glass.
Every glass bears the authentic ©Fred Press vertical script signature near the lower edge of the design.
Each glass measures approximately as follows:
- 5½" in height
- 2¾" across the top opening
They have a standard 12-ounce capacity.
The entire set of 8 matching glasses is in exceptional, near mint vintage condition with sharp, radiant gilding.
There is no loss of color or graphics.
When held up to the light I don't even detect any pinholes in the white casing.
I really don't think they were ever used.
There are no chips, cracks, or scratches.
They are super clean.
