MADE IN U.S.A.", and also marked "INCHES IN 8THS CIRC. INCHES IN 8THS". The overall condition is very good with a good snug stop hinge. The two blades are straight with one very minor crease or wave near the Lufkin mark, otherwise very straight, and good smooth edges.
