It is a Schrader's Sons tire gauge, it is marked SCHRADER-UNIVERSAL TIRE PRESSURE GAUGE MANUFACTURED BY A. SCHRADER'S SON-INC. BROOKLYN N.Y. U.S.A. PATENTED JULY.6.1909 & MAR.28.1916 OTHER PATENTS PENDING. This gauge is about 2.4 inches long with the inside gauge retracted, and is brass on the outside. It has about 85% of the original nickel plating on it, some minor scratches, otherwise in very good condition. It comes with a small leather case that is also in very good shape, but has some wear in a few small places, and some minor cuts in the top layer of the leather, not holes on the backside. The snap on the case is in good working order. These are rather hard to find with most of the nickel plating intact, not to mention a good leather case.
