TORRINGTON CONN. U.S.A." on the steel. It is 12.4" long overall, it has been used very little. and is in very good working order. This chisel is top quality steel, the cutting edge area is in very good shape, sharp and ready to use. No rust, a few tiny of area of minor speck pitting, no cracks, straight, not bent, flat on the bottom.
