View Larger Image   Stanley Claw Hammer Carpenters 20 oz.   Description: This is a nice clean vintage carpenter's claw hammer, marked "STANLEY" rectangular logo on one side. Head is approximately 20 oz; curved claw, adz eye and strike head is smooth, no gouges; some wear on the claw, mostly just light pitting, no rust, the smooth end of the strike head has some wear, a few small edge dings, still in good+ condition, no rust. The wood handle is very nice, unique, with beveled edges instead of the standard oval shaped handle, no cracks fits very well, appears one new wedge was added to better secure the head on the handle. Head is very tight and secure on handle. Measures 13.25 inches long. A very nice clean hammer for your collection and use! Stanley tools are well known quality tools made in U.S.A..
