We dug this bottle from an 1860s outhouse privy pit in Illinois....L&W bold emb on very bottom, which stands for Lorenz & Wightman glass works of Pittsburgh....Hand blown in 3 part mold, bimal....sunken smooth base with dot....applied collar....dark amber...round....smaller than normal size....11"tall x 2 3/4"round....Excellent condition with no chips or damage.
