I am offering for sale an 18th or 19th century hand painted miniature scene depicting a battle during the 7 Years War between France, Spain, Saxony, Sweden and Russia against Great Britain and Prussia during the period of 1756-1763. The painting shows cavalry officers and infantry troops during a battle. It is in excellent condition with age appropriate wear and patina. The antique frame has several areas that were repaired. The painting measures 2 1/4\" x 1 3/8\". The frame measures 4\" x 3\".
