Abingdon pottery Fat Boy cookie jar #495 made in 1940. This is the rarest of the rare as it was a prototype that never was sold in stores nor put in their catalogs. He was hand painted at their factory and then glazed in their kilns. He also has the original Abingdon foil stamp. He is in excellent condition with no cracks. He has been in our kitchens since 1969 and before that he was in kitchen of original owner at Lake Oscawana in Putnam Valley, N.Y. We will double box him so to arrive him in perfect condition!
