Beautiful, remarkably rare 9-piece matching "Tête-à-Tête" (tea/coffee set for two) manufactured by Carl Tielsch & Co. (TPM) in Altwasser, Silesia (Germany).
Dating to the earliest years of the factory’s production (circa 1845–1850), this early mid-19th-century set features an exquisite Biedermeier-style paneled design. Each piece is heavily adorned with ornate, hand-painted gold leaf (gilt) floral and foliage accents on bright white porcelain.
Authentication & Marks: True to the very first production runs of Carl Tielsch before inked logos were standard, the bottoms of these pieces are unglazed and blank. They feature authentic early factory incised mold marks: Teapot: Features the raised, incised "+" (cross) mold mark.
Teacup, sugar bowl and creamer Base: Features the incised horizontal slash/dash piece-worker/gilder mark.
What is Included (9 Total Pieces):1 x Teapot / Coffee Pot with Lid
1 x Covered Sugar Bowl with Lid

Porcelain is in Excellent antique condition. No chips, no cracks, and no hairline fractures noted.
