Argentine Cavalry Model 1898 Saber Sword + Scabbard WKC Solingen TR1959 For Sale

Here is a Antique Argentine Model 1898 Saber Cavalry measuring 40.5\" overall with a blade length of 34.75\". This shows matching serial no.\'s on the sword basket, and scabbard \"A01369\". Blade shows some scattered light oxidation with a bright finish. Blade ricasso is stamped with Argentine Crest and Model markings and is marked, \"Cavalry Saber\" in Spanish. The opposite side shows 3 Line Solingen WKC markings on it. There is also a Argentine crest on the basket/knuckle bow. Rare to find these with the crests intact, these were removed by the Govt. prior to being exported. The grip and handle basket are in excellent condition with a great looking dent free scabbard.
